SINGAPORE: A 26-year old Oriental nationwide who strangled and beat her puppy to demise was sentenced on Fri (January 13) to endure two years of obligatory therapy on her psychological disorder.
Wang Jun, a Singapore permanent citizen, have been charged of pet cruelty in December this past year.
